Stress is an expected aspect of life, particularly at work - and yet, many of us haven't experienced stress and its impact to the degree that we can in the last 2 years. There's more to stress than we often realize though. In this session we’ll explore groundbreaking research looking at how individual responses to stress predict engagement, performance, and tenure. Attendees will learn methods for measuring an individual’s response to stress and how stress impacts our profession identities. Additionally, practical strategies for increasing stress response awareness and actionable steps for increasing effectiveness through stress will be discussed.
