It's true, the hardest person to lead is "me".  As HR leaders we tend to put the needs of others first, leaving our personal growth and development up to chance.  This problem has been magnified by COVID, causing us to feel exhausted, stressed out, and sometimes hurting.  Just like a sharp ax will cut down more trees, when we intentionally invest in ourselves, we can renew and have a more positive impact on the lives of others.  This direct and inviting message encourages you to imagine what is possible within you, to refocus on the impact you can have as an HR leader, and to become intentional in your personal growth.  Master these 7 Laws and you'll become a master of your mindset, your time, and your learning, thus dramatically increasing your capacity to give to and lead others.

    Participants will learn:

    1. Participants will learn how to stop stressing about work
    2. Participants will set up intentional routines for growing and renewing
    3. Participants will clarify purpose and be more motivated to help others
