In this presentation, Recruitment 360, we will;

• Go over the basics, uncover the secrets, and develop a strategy that can work for any size company, whether there is one opening or four hundred openings.

• Explore what job seekers are looking for and understanding of your company, and who is the ideal hire, the world today, and how people get their information.

Speaker Information:

Jen Strand  currently works as a Recruitment Marketing Consultant for JobsHQ, a Forum Communications company, as well as manages a seasonal restaurant with 50 employees. 

She also sits on the management committee for Salute MN, a veterans group. She works with companies from all industries, both small and large, with talent acquisition, and recruitment stragegies. Today, she will share some of her unique insights into this challenging and ever changing topic.
