He leads MRA’s Learning & Development division, with responsibilities to expand leadership and HR training programs and educational offerings.

    As an HR industry veteran, Keith brings to MRA considerable knowledge and expertise from his 25-year HR industry career. Most recently he served as the vice president of marketing at Ceridian, a global human capital management software company. Prior to joining Ceridian, Keith worked in corporate communications for Northwest Airlines.  Before Northwest, Keith was a field executive for the Boy Scouts of America for their co-ed career development program. He began his career as a journalist working for a weekly newspaper in St. Paul.
