    In this one-hour interactive work shop we will journey through the evolution of emotional intelligence.  Included will be a robust discussion defining EI and understanding the personal benefits of mastering EI.  In addition, participants will discuss the key components of EI, as defined by the EQ-I 2.0 model, and identify and plan on emotional intelligence opportunities.

    In this presentation you will:

    • Learn the history and evolution of Emotional Intelligence
    • Be able to define and understand the benefits of Emotional Intelligence
    • Know the key components that make up Emotional Intelligence
    •  Identify useful strategies to help boost your emotional competence.
