With workplace violence incidents increasing and OSHA requiring Emergency Action Plans be put in place for private businesses, companies are left with the daunting task of trying to sort through mountains of information. Company leaders are left trying to figure out what applies to them and how to implement and train on the latest government recommendations. This session will help make sense of the jargon and technical terms so HR Directors can create a plan that is clear and concise.

    In this presentation we will:

    • Roles & responsibilities for key roles in the EAP
    • -Creating a relationship with first responders and understanding their operating procedures
    • -Crucial components of an EAP
    • -Staff training exercises

Kelly Sayre is driven to empower people to maximize their opportunities and succeed. As a speaker, she brings energy and humor to the stage, along with realistic advice on how to tackle emergency action planning for private businesses. She creates meaningful connections, ignites communal engagement, and drives collaboration in an effort to improve the well-being of her clients.
