    Understanding how to administer and apply the FMLA can be a daunting task in and of itself.  However, once that task has been completed, additional responsibilities under the ADA may arise.  The program will discuss administration of the FMLA and then dealing with possible reasonable accommodations upon an employee’s return.

    • Obtaining an understanding of employer and employee responsibilities for administering FMLA leave;
    • Best practices while an employee is on leave;
    • Dealing with return to work scenarios where an employee’s serious health condition remains in play ;
    • How and when to engage in the good faith interactive process.

    Chad graduated from St. Cloud State University. He received his law degree, magna cum laude, from the Hamline University School of Law where he maintained a position on the Dean’s List throughout. Prior to joining Rinke Noonan, Chad’s experience included work as a Senior Employment Law Attorney for a Midwest based labor and employment law firm, with a regional practice.
