From time to time employers will need to perform an investigation of a complaint or an incident involving employees or the workplace. Such investigations, depending on how they are conducted, may be  the key to avoiding a lawsuit, or the cause of protracted litigation.  This program will cover the basics for conducting an effective investigation.

    1. What goes into an investigation plan
    2. How to conduct interviews
    3. Writing the report and making findings
