I will present information with the use of a power point slide presentation on how to prepare for an OSHA Inspection. I will discuss in general information on both OSHA Enforcement and OSHA Consultation. I will discuss what happens during an inspection and then I will discuss the follow-up items after an inspection.
How to prepare for an OSHI Inspection.
Types of Inspections.
Discuss who should be involved in the inspection?
Explain what you should do during an inspection (notes and photos)?
Explain what you should do after the inspection is over.
About the Speaker: Bob Darling
I graduated in December of 1976 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology with major course work in Safety.
I have over 32 years of experience as a safety Professional. My last 14 years working for the State of MN, DOLI, OSHA enforcement. Approximately 10 of these years working as a Safety Investigator Principal. I have conducted over 500 inspections.
The purpose of my position is to facilitate the development of less senior investigators, resolve contested inspections, and to reduce the occurrence of safety and health standards by applying the principals and application of safety and health.
