    Employee engagement is an individual choice based on personal experiences. High Performance is to consistently embody excellence in all one’s actions and interactions while executing one’s tasks striving for the best possible outcomes. Engagement and high performance are different but intimately connected.   Since engagement is personal and high performance comes from within the individual as well, it is impossible for top-down, one-size-fits-all solutions to be effective.  What then is the answer?  This presentation offers a way forward.

    The participant will become acquainted with:

    1. The definitions of engagement and high performance
    2. A way to approach change in employee engagement levels
    3. How to analyze high performance and why individuals are achieving their best or why they are not contributing at high levels
    4. The first steps an organization can take to change the engagement and high performance paradigm
