Program Description
It’s important to get business results, but it’s equally important HOW we get those results. GNP Company has implemented Key Behavior Indicators (KBI’s) as a way to reinforce the values of our business and ensure our team members exhibit the behaviors that will improve team member engagement.

Nancy Myers is the Training & Development Manager at GNP Company which is the largest fully integrated producer of fresh chicken products in the upper Midwest. Nancy directs the training and development program for the company and travels extensively to conduct training sessions at all of the company locations in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
