Welcome to Central Minnesota SHRM
Central Minnesota Society for Human Resource Management (CMSHRM) is a group of human resource professionals who are committed to promoting professional development and networking for constructive ideas. This organization provides members with awareness on matters that affect the human resource profession. CMSHRM membership is available to people who work full-time in the Human Resource profession and small business owners who fulfill the HR role within their business. Consultants, professors and attorneys who counsel and advise students or clients on matters relating to the HR profession are welcome to join.
CMSHRM is an affiliate chapter of the National SHRM organization. CMSHRM has earned the prestigious Superior Merit Award for its accomplishments from 1992 through 2012. These awards recognize excellence in chapter operations and a commitment to providing meaningful programs and services to its members.
As we look to 2014, our hope for our CMSHRM members is to Learn, Share and Grow together!
